Dalton Worthington, Staffordshire’s builder and developer, has over 33 years of construction experience. He began working in the industry while attending Miami-Dade Junior College and Florida State University in the 70’s. Since graduation he has been working in the construction industry full time. Dalton is active in the Greensboro Builders’ Association, serving as their president in 2006, board member 2001-2007, the executive committee 2005-2007, and serving on various other committees such as finance and membership. In December of 2006 he formed Worth-Reitt Associates, and started construction on his latest project, Staffordshire Townhomes, in Spring of 2007. Worth-Reitt Associates LLC holds a NC General Contractor’s License - Unlimited (Building). He has received numerous awards, including Builder of the Year in 2006 and the Lewis Award in 2009. Dalton is a graduate of the Builders Institute, graduate of the Master Builder Program, and is a Certified Green Professional. He has held a NC Realtors License since 1992 and is a member of the Greensboro Regional Realtors’ Association and NC Realtors Association. A longtime Greensboro resident, Dalton currently lives in Northwest Greensboro with his wife Arlene, a mortgage professional, daughter Brittany, a student at UNC Chapel Hill, and their dog Luke, a Cocker Spaniel.
